Ms. Carroll is board certified in general nursing practice (BC), emergency nursing (CEN), and nursing professional development (BC). Confidentiality

We do not collect personal information from site visitors. Our Web monitoring software tells us the domain from which visitors come, such as ucla.edu or comcast.net. We do not collect any information that could be tracked to an individual. While we know which pages are viewed most often, we do not know who visits any particular page. We do not use cookies or any other tracking technologies.

Visitors may choose to provide a name and e-mail address to subscribe to our Newsletter. In that case, the name and e-mail address registered will be kept in a database accessible only to authorized personnel of Nurse's Notebook, LLC. E-mail addresses will not be sold, made public, or otherwise provided to any third party unless required by law in the United States. If you unsubscribe from the Newsletter,  your e-mail address will be deleted from the corresponding database(s).
